Weather Policy
If severe or inclement weather causes an event to be canceled before delivery and we are notified that setup is no longer needed, your deposit will be fully refunded. Since weather is outside of everyone’s control, there is no penalty for cancellation in this situation.
However, if you choose to proceed with delivery and we complete the setup, full payment is due regardless of weather conditions after setup. This includes situations where rain or other weather forces the inflatable to stop being used after it has already been installed.
We are still responsible for delivery, setup, and returning to retrieve the unit, even in the rain, so refunds are not available once setup has been completed.
